PAYMENT OPTIONS
The cost of attendance is $750 per person. You may select the following payment options:
1. Pay the full $750 at the time of registration
2. Pay $375 at the time of registration, and pay the remaining $375 on February 1, 2019, via an automatic charge on the same card.

Payment Option 1: The full balance of $750 is charged at the time of registration, in which $375 is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email before October 31, 2018, and a refund of $375 will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2018.

Payment Option 2: The $375 non-refundable deposit is charged. The remaining $375 will be charged automatically on February 1, 2019. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email before October 31, 2018, to turn off the auto charge. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2018.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The non-refundable deposit for the annual meeting is $375 and is collected at the time of registration.

SUBSTITUTIONS
If a registrant is unable to attend the meeting for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with an SBE representative, someone else from the same company.

NO SHOWS
Registered attendees who do not attend the SBE Annual Conference and have not canceled will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION
Should you be unable to attend the meeting for any reason, please inform SBE by email before October 31, 2018, to receive a $375 refund (if you selected Payment Option 1), or to turn off the auto charge (if you selected Payment Option 2). No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2018. If for any reason, SBE needs to cancel this meeting, SBE does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY
SBE will not permit any person (employee, manager or owner) to recruit employees from another company attending one of the SBE boot camps or training at any time. Any person who attempts to recruit another employee will not be allowed to attend any future boot camps with SBE. This includes asking for contact information, giving another employee your contact information or business card and generally asking them about their position and commitment to their current employer. Please understand we take this seriously, and SBE will continue to protect the interests of all SBE companies at all times.

PHOTO/VIDEO
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for company purposes.
