Hank, originally from Massachusetts started off as a motorcycle mechanic and followed it by joining the United States Air Force for 4 years.
He started with QHM in 2006 (prior to the George Brazil acquisition and name change in 2009) as a service technician with zero formal experience and education. He rode along with another technician for 2 weeks and was thrown into calls right away. Hank took the initiative by taking classes and excelled quickly when he realized what an amazing opportunity he had when Jim Probst told him, “The most important customer in this business is you. If you aren’t happy, you can’t make our customers happy.”
His favorite part of his career is being able to help people every day while working for a place he loves. He has been with George Brazil for 14 years because he knows the company supports and values him.
Hank is a trainer for the super conference because he wants every company to be able to provide a workplace for their technicians and salespeople to love what they do as much as Hank does.
