The cost of attendance is $800 per person (Early bird price is $700 through 9/30/19). You may select the following payment options:
1. Pay the full $800* at the time of registration
2. Pay half at the time of registration ($400*), and pay the remaining half ($400*) on either August 1, 2019 or December 1, 2019, via an automatic charge on the same card.
Payment Option 1: The full balance of $800* is charged at the time of registration, none of which is refundable. However, should you not be able to attend and cancel prior to October 31, 2019, a 50% credit will be applied to your account. This credit can be used toward future SBE expenses (i.e. monthly payment, OMG Evaluations, or regional training). No credit will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2019.
Payment Option 2: The $400* non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of registration. The remaining $400 will be charged automatically on either August 1, 2019 or December 1, 2019. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email. If you notify SBE after the second payment has been charged, a credit will be applied to your account in the amount of the second payment. No credit will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2019.
* Early bird price is $700 and is available through September 30, 2019 (half payments are $350)
The non-refundable deposit for the annual meeting is $400 (or $350 for early bird registration) and is collected at the time of registration.
If a registrant is unable to attend the meeting for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with an SBE representative, someone else from the same company.
Registered attendees who do not attend the SBE Annual Conference and have not canceled will not be refunded nor will a credit on their SBE account.
Should you be unable to attend the meeting for any reason, please inform SBE by email before October 31, 2019. If you selected Payment Option 1 or Payment Option 2 with the second payment run on August 1, 2019, a $400 credit will be applied to your SBE account. If you selected Payment Option 2 with the second payment run on December 1, 2019, the auto charge will be turned off and no refund/credit will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2019. If for any reason, SBE needs to cancel this meeting, SBE does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
This is a non-refundable ticket. No credit or reimbursement will be issued. You may substitute a person. SBE will be providing transportation to the event by way of a shuttle/bus. If you miss the shuttle you will be responsible for your own transportation.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY
SBE will not permit any person (employee, manager or owner) to recruit employees from another company attending one of the SBE boot camps or training at any time. Any person who attempts to recruit another employee will not be allowed to attend any future boot camps with SBE. This includes asking for contact information, giving another employee your contact information or business card and generally asking them about their position and commitment to their current employer. Please understand we take this seriously, and SBE will continue to protect the interests of all SBE companies at all times.
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for company purposes.
